Infinite Space traces the lifelong quest of visionary genius John Lautner to create “architecture that has no beginning and no end.” As a young man, Lautner broke from his mentor, Frank Lloyd Wright, and moved west to California to forge his own style. Idolized by young modernists, criticized by academics and beloved by his clients, he led a life in pursuit of unusual beauty. Renowned architectural filmmaker Murray Grigor explores Lautner’s dramatic spaces, from L.A.’s Chemosphere to the Elrod House in Palm Springs. (Murray Grigor, 2009, 90 min.) Reception to follow screening.

Open to the public. Fee Event: $10/ $5 for students with current school ID.  Tickets & Info call (825) 893-3535.
